\nThis year&rsquo\;s theme\, Make It Mammoth &mdash\; Go the Extra Mile\, sets the tone for a big\, locally rooted celebration.

\nWe&rsquo\;re so excited \;to have Olympic medalist Deena Kastor leading this year&rsquo\;s 4th of July Parade as the Grand Marshal. \;One of the most accomplished distance runners in U.S. history and a longtime Mammoth local\, Deena is the perfect fit for this year&rsquo\;s theme.

Parade Float Registration

Businesses and organizations are encouraged to be part of the parade. Start thinking about your float and how you&rsquo\;ll bring the theme to life. Think big\, think local\, and show us what makes Mammoth\, Mammoth. Bring the theme to life in your float for a chance to win \;Best Float. \;$500 \;cash \;prize!

Parade Day&mdash\;Saturday\, 4th of July\, 2026

\nThe parade begins at 11am and wraps around 12:30pm. Bring your camp chairs\, wear your red\, white\, and blue\, and enjoy the parade as it moves through town.

\nThe parade starts at the intersection of Chateau Road and Old Mammoth Road and ends at the corner of Manzanita Road and Main Street.

In past years\, it&rsquo\;s been a fun tradition for spectators and parade participants to spray water or toss water balloons\, but it&rsquo\;s grown to a point where it can create safety concerns. \;So\, to help make this year&rsquo\;s parade enjoyable and safe for everyone\, we kindly ask that you please don&rsquo\;t spray or throw water at the floats. \;Thank you for helping keep our parade a fun and safe experience for all!
