The purpose of this workshop is to enhance social awareness and relationship skills in order to build community and foster human connection. After a short meditation focused on creativity, we will gather in a circle to get to know one another better through an engaging and expressive ice breaker activity. We will complete our practice with a partner flow to connect community. This activity is perfect for groups and teams to connect at the beginning of a project, term, school year, or season.
