The purpose of this workshop is to enhance self-awareness, relationship skills, and social awareness in order to build confidence and community, foster self-acceptance and positivity, and cultivate personal and collective gratitude. After a short meditation focused on an attitude of gratitude coupled with mindful body scan practice, we will gather in community and openly acknowledge ourselves, our peers, our community as a whole, or whoever and whatever it is that we feel grateful for right now. This activity is perfect for friends, colleagues, loved ones, and community groups to deeply connect and soak in the honor, appreciation, and love we have for one another.
