The purpose of November's activity is to enhance self-awareness and relationship skills in order to foster human connection and appreciation, strengthen relationships, and promote a positive mindset. After a short meditation focused on an attitude of gratitude, we will engage in a creative expression activity to offer thanks to the people, places, and things we are most grateful for. We will complete our practice within community to share and listen to what is most important in each other's lives.
Y.E.S Yoga Eastern Sierra's monthly workshops for community builders, leaders, and professionals are focused on mindfulness tools and social-emotional learning (SEL) practices to enhance personal excellence & collaborative performance.
