The role of Local Public Affairs is to advocate for the Southern California Edison's policy priorities, projects, and programs to advance the company’s wildfire mitigation plans and vision for a clean energy future. We drive our business priorities by cultivating strategic relationships with local government, community decision-makers, and external stakeholders.
The Government Relations Manager is responsible for a geographic region including Mono County, the Town of Mammoth Lakes, Tuolumne County, Inyo County, City of Bishop, Bishop Paiute Tribe, Benton Utu-Utu Gwaitu Tribe, Bridgeport Indian Colony, and Timbisha-Shoshone Tribe.
