As we head into this summer\, helping our employees educate and communicate with our guests in a positive manner will be key to offering excellent customer service. Our guest speaker\, Sahara Rose De Vore\, is a travel coach and consultant who will discuss vacation mentality\, the stages of travel and how managers can balance staff and guest needs. All through the lens that is inclusive of seasoned visitors\, long-time local's or the novice guest   we are all here to enjoy the beauty and serenity of our natural environment.\n\n\n\nAbout Our Speaker\n\nSahara Rose De Vore is a Wellness Travel Coach & Consultant and the Founder of The Travel Coach Network.  Sahara is a world traveler who now educates on the wellness benefits of purposeful and transformative travel as well as the value that travel has on work performance and the corporate world. She is a published author\, a global speaker\, and has been seen in various media outlets including  Forbes\, Skift\, Yahoo! Finance\, USA Today\, Corporate Wellness Magazine\, and Business Insider for her expertise. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn addition to the management training\, there are two Frontline Sessions taking place at 4pm on June 15 and another June 16 at 9am.
