Please sign up in advance if you'd like to attend the class as space is limited.     CLICK HERE\n\n\n\nAfter three and a half years as the sole yoga and wellness studio in Mammoth Lakes\, Apr s Zen is excited to rebrand as Yoga Mammoth a name that reflects our deep community roots and more clearly represents what they offer. They are a collective of teachers and practitioners dedicated to supporting mind\, body\, and spirit wellness through a variety of yoga styles\, mindfulness practices\, Buddhist meditation traditions\, Ayurvedic wellness\, sound healing offerings\, and more.\n\n\n\nThey provide weekly yoga classes with flexible options including drop-in rates\, class passes\, and monthly memberships\, along with weekly donation-based classes to support accessibility for all. As they move into our fourth winter season\, they continue to welcome both locals and visitors in\, to find refuge from the daily hustle\, slow the breath\, move the body\, and reconnect in a nourishing space.
