Breathwork with Silvia

Join us for a deep journey into breath work. Silvia, one of our massage therapists and a breathwork healer, will facilitate a space for you to understand more about yourself through breathwork. This includes a 25 minute practice of a 3-part circular breath sequence. Afterward, you are invited to let emotion out and discuss your experience with the rest of the group. The first part of the workshop is exploring the masculine with the breathwork, the second part of discussion is the feminine. We look forward to seeing you there!
