Business After Hours

Business After Hours is the best and easiest way to get your name and your business out there and make new connections. It may seem like you know everyone in our small town, but Business After Hours draws a cross section of business people from many different industries. We rotate host venues on the 4th Tuesday of each month and meet from 5 to 7 p.m. for drinks, appetizers and good conversation. Drop by to meet fellow business people and learn the latest Chamber and community news.

Originally from the land of beers (San Diego), owner and brewer Drew Wallace has been a resident of Mammoth Lakes for over 15 years. With eight years of home brewing experience, he decided to open a nano-brewery in town to create one-of-a-kind beers and brews not usually available in the area. The former Black Doubt Brewing Company thrived in a tiny location with a four barrel system for four years before he teamed up with his brother Kirk (San Diego) to create a brand new brewery experience only one block to the South.

Distant Brewing started construction in November of 2018 and opened to the public for the first time on December 23rd, 2019.  Finally in a space where the brothers could create new and exciting beers, Distant Brewing focuses on bringing an exciting collection of beverages to the Eastern Sierras.
