Frontline Customer Service Training

For the spring 2018 Peak Performance Program speaker series, the Chamber is hosting Jo Zulaica, founder of Expressive Leadership Coaching, for the second part of her training series. Jo has spoken across the country on how to achieve amazing results through customer service, management training and more. Watch a clip of her talk on Training Excellent Customer Service.

Jo's training for frontline staff will cover how to avoid burnout and how to become more resilient in customer service positions. She'll walk attendees through exercises on perspective and discuss the unique challenges of being on the front lines and how to address these.

Whether you're new to the service industry or a seasoned customer service professional, attend Jo's talk to get up to speed and inspired for the year ahead. Attendees of Jo's 2017 session are encouraged to attend, but the content will be relevant to all frontline staff in Mammoth Lakes.

The morning and afternoon sessions will be the same content. Choose the best one for your schedule and join us. These sessions are free for all Mono County employees and employers.
