Wall space, upper and lower body Mini Bands, 2 sets of dumbbells for upper & lower body, 2 sliders, 1 Super band in low anchor point 1-2 ft from the floor, 1 yoga block, knee pad/pillow (optional), Bench/chair

Drop in's must pre-schedule/make changes by 8PM the previous night before each workout via Google Meet email invites or text msg.
 
$80 Monthly Rate
Includes:  
8 Live 30 minute group workouts offered in April
plus 24 recorded workouts with the  
Get Moving with Functional Movement  program via Google Classroom.
