As our community moves out of the COVID-19 restrictions and into what is expected to be a busy summer, the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Mammoth Lakes Tourism are hosting a Power Lunch focused on revenue management, staffing levels and the guest experience. It is evident that many businesses are facing employee shortages and our guest speakers will discuss how managing occupancy through revenue management can assist businesses in matching employment levels. Maximum occupancy with lower staff levels is not going to provide a positive guest experience, so focusing on revenue management can further increase the guest experience by attracting visitors who will respect our community and environment.
