Ribbon Cutting: All American Daves @Snowcreek Athletic Club

From food truck roots to a new home at Snowcreek Athletic Club, All-American Dave’s is celebrating his Grand Opening.

ALL ARE WELCOME to an official ribbon cutting on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 4–5pm, where Dave will be excited to share his story — along with samples of his food and protein shakes.

What began as a food truck (which you may have seen parked in the Kittredege parking lot) has grown into a home at Snowcreek Athletic Club, where All-American Dave now serves fresh, made-to-order meals, protein shakes, and convenient meal prep using quality ingredients and premium proteins. 

All-American Dave’s started from a simple passion: helping people feel better through real food and an active lifestyle. Founder Dave Swanson began his career as a personal trainer in Las Vegas, where he saw firsthand how powerful proper nutrition can be when it’s done right—and how hard it can be to find food that actually supports a healthy, high-performance life.

Built around consistency, balance, and community, All-American Dave’s is excited to fuel Mammoth Lakes with food that works just as hard as the people who eat it.
