Sound Bath, Salve Making, and Foot Massage Workshop

Smoketree Apothecary + Mammoth Sound Bath Holistic Workshop 

Join us for a two-hour workshop to harmonize the mind, body, and soul at Apres Zen in Mammoth Lakes CA. 

We will be creating a unique, organic moisturizing herbal salve to take home. You will also be learning foot massage and stretching techniques. Lastly you will be receiving a glorious sound bath with alchemy singing bowls, which are infused with earth elements. 

This experience is meant to elevate your self care practice with community, allow you to show up for yourself, celebrate the new moon, and work directly with nature's gifts. 

- Open to all levels and experiences 

- Modifications for any health concerns or injuries will be made 

- Please bring your favorite comfy props (blanket, pillow, yoga mat, eye covering, etc.) and a mug to sip warm tea! We will provide the rest.
