Sound Bath + Tea Making

Smoketree Apothecary + Mammoth Sound Bath Holistic Workshop 

Join us for a two-hour workshop to harmonize the mind, body, and soul in honor of the full moon, at Apres Zen in Mammoth Lakes CA. 

You will have the chance to create a custom organic tea blend with your choice of herbs to take home. We will be discussing different herbs and their properties, and how to create a well-rounded and yummy tasting tea. We will be leading you through a tea ceremony to ground into your body and the Earth, and connect with the herbs in your tea. 

You will then be receiving a glorious sound bath with alchemy singing bowls, which are infused with earth elements. 

This experience is meant to elevate your self care practice with community, and work directly with nature's gifts. 

-Open to all levels and experiences 

-Modifications for any health concerns or injuries will be made 

-Please bring your favorite comfy props (blanket, pillow, yoga mat, eye covering, etc.) and a mug to sip warm tea! We will provide the rest.
