Ukraine Children's Benefit Concert
Veteran musicians to perform a special benefit concert
Don’t let their grey hair fool you – their name says it all. This trio blends three-part harmonies and exquisite acoustic instrumentation that still sound as good as ever. They’ll take you back with covers of classic country and folk songs from the sixties and seventies as well as originals that celebrate the Eastern Sierra and even June Lake itself.
Guitar/banjo/dobro player Herb Pedersen played alongside Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris, John Denver, Tom Petty and many more. Bass player Pete Freiberger toured with Diana Ross, Bobby Vinton and Yvonne Elliman to name a few. And guitar/vocalist Jordan Sollitto’s recently released CD “Once Around the Lake” features many of the tunes to be performed.
All ticket sales and a percentage of drink sales will go to benefit Ukrainian refugees via UNICEF.
