Our August Women in Business will focus on Creating Balance. Join us for a short, relaxed balancing yoga flow followed by a discussion about creating balance in life. Thank you to Après Zen Yoga & Wellness Studio for hosting. 

Space is limited to 20 participants. No shoes allowed on the studio floor. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if they have one. A few mats will be available for borrow if needed.
