Join us for a discussion on "Lifestyle Health for Her". Mammoth Hospital will lead this Women in Business and address topics such as lifestyle behaviors to support metabolic, bone and sexual health for women through the lifespan.

Ariel is a Mammoth Hospital doctor of physical therapy and pelvic health expert. She has extensive training and experience working with complex pelvic floor conditions of all genders. Ariel is a certified obstetrics physical therapist and uses this to assist with pregnancy, labor support, and birth preparation. Ariel has a passion for promoting pelvic floor education to the community and teaches monthly Birth Fit workshops and weekly Perinatal Fit classes through Elevate in Bishop.

The Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business program assists women in the Mammoth Lakes area with developing their professional skills and connections through our educational programming and networking opportunities.
While we encourage Chamber membership, it is not required to participate in Women in Business programming. Anyone is welcome to join Women in Business meetings and you do not have to identify as a woman to attend. Our goal is to see women in our community thrive and succeed in their careers and businesses.
