The purpose of April's activity is to enhance self-awareness, social awareness, and relationship skills to support effective communication and facilitation, and foster deeper connections in the community, while connecting to one another through breath. After a short meditation focused on collaboration, we will guide one another in a variety of mindful movement practices. We will close the practice with a community connection activity to discover commonalities amongst our community. This activity is perfect for individuals, groups, or teams seeking to create deeper connections and enhance focus within personal and professional contexts.
Y.E.S Yoga Eastern Sierra's monthly workshops for community builders, leaders, and professionals are focused on mindfulness tools and social-emotional learning (SEL) practices to enhance personal excellence & collaborative performance.
