Both of these time-tested healing therapies are proven to have a calming effect on the nervous system and relieve stress. We will focus on 10 acupuncture points to boost the immune system and support overall relaxation. 

 

This intimate class is limited to 10 people, and the cost is $75. All props will be provided, but feel free to bring any favorite meditation props (blanket, pillow, eye mask). It is recommended to have a light snack and drink plenty of water 1-2 hours prior.
