Mono Inn is seeking exceptional professionals to join our team and help shape every aspect of the guest experience at our destination restaurant overlooking Mono Lake in California’s Eastern Sierra.

Led by Chef Jason Custer, Mono Inn offers a refined tasting menu guided by seasonality, thoughtful sourcing, and a connection to the landscapes of the American West. With over a century of fine dining history, the Inn continues to evolve while honoring its legacy as one of California’s most distinctive dining destinations.

From the first point of contact to the final moments of service, each element is intentional, executed with precision, consistency, and care. Each front of house role requires contribution and shared responsibility to the entire team and to the guest experience as a whole; whether supporting the flow of service, stewarding guest interactions, maintaining the dining room environment, or contributing to the evolution of the food and beverage program.
