We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Manager at Mammoth Creek Inn. This position involves managing the hotel's operations ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and a smooth operation of the facility.
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including scheduling, delegation of tasks, and performance management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel property, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle financial transactions, including guest check-ins/outs, credit cards, and reporting.
- Monitor and maintain hotel inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Respond to emergency situations and ensure guest safety.
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
